How Itaú is building generative AI for its entire customer base

Brazilian bank Itaú launched the conversational interface ia.i and the governance platform IARA, applying its AI First strategy to both customers and employees. The bank is rolling out generative AI in one of Brazil's most heavily regulated industries.
