How are rollout windows estimated? Sources & rules
Use explicit wording first.When Tibo gives a time, such as “6pm PST”, “next hour” or “end of day”, it is converted from Pacific time to Beijing time, with an extra hour or two because confirmation posts often arrive later. Date-only announcements use his usual Pacific evening window.
Use past patterns when no time is given.Tibo usually triggers resets between 16:30 and 21:30 Pacific time, corresponding to 07:30–12:30 the following morning in Beijing.3 of the latest 7 confirmations fell within this window.Estimates are for reference. Rely on Tibo's confirmation and your actual usage in Codex.
Active, expected active, or pending.A confirmation post marks a reset as active. Several hours after the estimated window without confirmation, it is marked expected active: previously announced resets have generally taken place, often without another post. Reset cards are recorded separately; distributing cards does not mean quotas have reset.
Continuously tracking Tibo's public posts.Posts are normally checked every five minutes, increasing to every three minutes after an outage confirmation or reset announcement. Only explicit reset or reset-card announcements are forwarded to the Feishu group. Check Codex for your personal quota and card balance.
