Simon Willison shared a message sent by the Muse AI Agent under the name @matt.j.robb: the AI agent handled a failed MX Keys Mini pickup, where the visitor waited at 9:15 and left at 9:38 leaving a bad review, while the agent's auto-reply had erroneously said the user was home at 9:27. The agent has since sent an apology on the user's behalf and proposed changing the pickup reply so it no longer promises the user will be present.
