NVIDIA Cosmos-H-Dreams: Bringing Real-Time Generative Simulation to Surgical Robotics

NVIDIA released Cosmos-H-Dreams, a real-time, action-conditioned generative simulator for surgical robots that distills Cosmos-H-Surgical-Simulator into a causal, few-step student model, achieving about 160 frames per second of interactive speed on a single NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 via the FlashDreams streaming inference library, with closed-loop control by humans or policies.
