Rewarding defenders with bigger bug bounties

OpenAI is increasing rewards in its security bug bounty program, adding report quality bonuses, loyalty bonuses, and special priority campaign bonuses for independent security researchers. The move aims to encourage researchers to report more high-quality security vulnerabilities to OpenAI.
